So on wednesday night I “braved the city” by myself and walked down to ASDA (grocery store) to get some ingredients so I could make Ryan a surprise dinner. I bought stuff to make deviled eggs (since he claimed he’d never eaten any before) and I also got stuff to make home-made chocolate chip cookies and sandwiches. It was all pretty good. I put a little bit too much mustard in the deviled eggs and the cookies were a bit crispier than they normally come out, but all and all, it was yummy.

Then Dad was asking about the Monkey Puzzle Tree that I was telling Mom about earlier so we went and found the realllllly big one (usually they are much smaller than this) to take photos. Ryan’s pointing at it. The batteries on my camera had run out, so I had to use my cell phone for all of these pics, but you can kinda of see how the leaves look a bit like a cactus.
So anyway, on Thursday night Ryan had a surprise for me, and he took me out to dinner and then on a Ghost Tour, which was very interesting! They take you under the city into the vault below, which is basically that they built the new city on top of old buildings which are supposedly haunted. I asked Ry to smile at the bus stop, good work dude. lol.

Clearly we fail at taking photos.

Old buildings by where the ghost tour met. This is also a building which is directly in front of the building we’re getting married in.

Another angle, same building.

Ryan standing against the side of the building…

Here’s the actually building we’ll be getting married in (Ryan thinks)

and for your viewing pleasure, photos of us looking totally dumb as we epically fail at pointing out the wedding building.

Tomorrow morning we’re off to the fish store so I can get some gravel and plants to get my fish tank set up!!! excited!!!
